Junior Engineer

As a Junior Engineer, you will assist in the design, planning, and implementation of scaffolding and formwork systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and site teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the required safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing scaffolding and formwork designs using AutoCAD or related software.
• Support in preparing structural calculations and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with site teams to ensure correct installation.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors for technical support and clarifications.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in project reporting.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in scaffolding and formwork.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in scaffolding and formwork engineering (preferred in UAE or GCC).
• Familiarity with scaffolding and formwork systems and safety standards (EN, BS, OSHA, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to visit construction sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
