Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Engineer to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will work on-site and be responsible for supporting project execution and ensuring construction activities align with project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing technical support to senior engineers and project managers.
• Site Supervision: Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including design changes, site reports, and progress updates.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: Less than 1 year to 5 years of experience in civil engineering or related roles in the real estate sector.
• Education: Graduation in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
