Position: Junior Engineer – Quality

Location: Jigani (Unit 1003)
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer – Quality to support our quality assurance team at the Jigani unit. The role requires knowledge of basic quality concepts, sheet metal processes, and inspection techniques, along with hands-on experience in using measuring instruments and maintaining quality system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, EHS, and OHSAS standards.
• Support inspection and calibration activities for sheet metal and mechanical components.
• Interpret and work with engineering/technical drawings using GD&T basics.
• Maintain and update QMS system documents in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards for materials and processes.
• Provide support in customer audits, internal quality checks, and non-conformance handling.
• Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of basic quality concepts & QMS documentation
• Familiarity with sheet metal processes & inspection methods
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
