Junior Engineer - Repair and Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead repair and maintenance activities at Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune . The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil engineering and experience in the maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement repair and maintenance for housing societies

2. Conduct inspections , assessments and conditions surveys

3. Identify and prioritize maintenance needs.

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

1. B.E. Civil

2.3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
