Junior Equity Dealer – FX Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Equity Dealer to support the FX Sales desk of our brokerage house. The role involves assisting senior dealers in executing equity and FX-related transactions, handling client orders, monitoring markets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in capital markets, equities, and foreign exchange sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior dealers in execution of equity trades and FX-related transactions
• Coordinate with FX Sales and trading desks for order placement and confirmations
• Monitor equity and FX market movements and share updates with the sales team
• Maintain accurate trade records, confirmations, and daily reports
• Support client handling, including order taking, follow-ups, and queries
• Ensure adherence to SECP regulations, PSX rules, and internal compliance policies
• Assist in preparation of daily dealing sheets, P&L summaries, and exposure reports
• Liaise with back office, settlements, and risk teams for smooth trade processing
• Support onboarding and servicing of FX/equity clients as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Basic understanding of equity markets, FX products, and brokerage operations
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
