Junior ERP Implementation Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior ERP Implementation Consultant fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic ERP team. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless adoption and system optimization. This role is perfect for candidates with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP system implementation and configuration based on client requirements.
• Support senior consultants in analyzing business processes and workflows.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals/documentation in Arabic.
• Participate in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and address client queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to understand their needs.
• Assist in gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 months - 1.5 years of experience in ERP implementation or related consultancy roles.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Inventory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to ERP software such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
