Junior ERPNext Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior ERP Support Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role is suited for recent graduates or candidates with basic experience supporting ERP systems (such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms). This position focuses on providing first-level technical support, assisting with ERP process improvements, and coordinating user training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries and provide technical support for daily ERP operations
• Assist users in navigation, troubleshooting, and usage of core ERP modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, etc.)
• Monitor support tickets, log requests/issues, and escalate complex problems to the senior IT/ERP team
• Conduct basic system configuration or data entry tasks as per instruction
• Document support procedures, FAQ, and workflow best practices
• Help train new users and support rollouts of new features or modules
• Coordinate communications between users, vendors, and technical teams
• Support regular data reporting and assist in ad hoc analysis required by management
• Maintain user account administration (access, permissions) and data integrity

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process automation
• Familiarity with ERP software (ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good English language proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to follow processes, learn new skills quickly, and work in a multicultural environment
• High attention to detail and reliability
