Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Estimating Engineer to join our construction estimation team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and diploma holders in Civil Engineering who want to start their career in construction cost estimation and quantity takeoffs for USA-based construction projects.

The selected candidate will receive training and practical exposure in construction drawings interpretation, material takeoffs, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in material takeoffs and quantity calculations from construction drawings.
• Interpret plans, sections, elevations, and bid documents.
• Assist in preparing Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Support the team in cost estimation and bid preparation.
• Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and PlanSwift for estimation tasks.
• Research construction materials and market pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil).
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
