Junior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical (with MEP Contracting Experience)

We are hiring a Junior Estimation Engineer specializing in Mechanical systems (HVAC & Plumbing) to join our MEP team in the UAE. This role is ideal for engineers with 1–3 years of UAE experience who are eager to grow their skills in project estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for mechanical systems based on project drawings and specs.
• Support the estimation team in preparing cost estimates and pricing for MEP tenders.
• Review tender documentation and drawings for mechanical systems to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with coordinating material and labor cost inputs for bids.
• Conduct market research to identify supplier and subcontractor rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in MEP (Mechanical) estimation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
