Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed and itemized cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Analyze project risks, constraints, and cost factors.
- Prepare tender submissions, cost sheets, rate analysis, and pricing documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Maintain updated cost databases, material price lists, and vendor information.
- Support negotiations with suppliers and contractors where required.
- Monitor ongoing project costs and provide cost variance inputs when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of estimates and adhere to bidding deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD (optional but preferred).
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in tendering for government/PSU projects (if applicable).
- Familiarity with market rates and vendor networks.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
- Good negotiation and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
