Job Title: Junior Executive Associate (Founding Level)
Pay: $14.00/hr. (Includes a formal 90-day performance and wage review)
Hours: 0.5 – 5 per week (Reliable Flexibility)
Location: Remote (Must reside in Michigan)
The Vision:
I am looking for my "Right Hand." I need a sharp, curious, and motivated individual who wants to grow into a multi-disciplinary role. This isn't just about execution; it's about a high-trust partnership. I need someone to listen to my ideas, give me advice, and share their own ideas. This is a founding-level role built on honest effort, and I am looking for someone willing to learn and grow with the firm. Crucially, I want you to feel comfortable and free to ask questions. If you don't know the answer, I'd rather you ask than guess—curiosity is a requirement here.
What You’ll Own (Scope):
- Strategic Advisory: Act as my primary sounding board. You will listen to my business ideas, offer your own perspective, and provide honest advice and your own ideas to help the firm scale.
- AI Research & Planning: Consult with and leverage Generative AI tools to conduct deep-dive research, draft 3-month rollout plans, and create professional business documents and plans.
- Operational Control: Take the wheel of our client intake process as needed. This includes professional communication with clients, document collection, data archival, and executive-level management of basic tasks while ensuring all "proper steps" are followed.
- Marketing & Advertising: Execute light marketing and advertising efforts to gain new clients. This includes drafting ad copy, managing lead-generation outreach, and finding creative ways to grow the firm.
- Client Relations & Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service. You should be comfortable and professional when talking with clients directly via phone or email; you shouldn't mind the direct interaction.
- Financial Apprenticeship: Start learning the basics of bookkeeping and data refinement. We provide training (QBO) to help you transition into full account management as you learn.
- Task Execution: Be prepared to execute basic administrative and operational tasks with precision and a "figure-it-out" attitude.
Requirements:
- Michigan Residency Required (W-2 status).
- Education: No minimum education level required. We value cognitive ability and effort over degrees.
- Application Note: A resume and cover letter are appreciated if you have them, but they are not preferred or required. I care about your ability to think and communicate.
- The "Curious" Mindset: You are expected to ask questions. There is no such thing as a "stupid" question here; I want someone who values clarity over making guesses.
- Figure-It-Out Mentality: You don't need a manual, but you know when to pause and ask for guidance to stay efficient.
- Highly Responsive: Reliability and responsiveness via Email/IM are mandatory.
- Communication Skills: You must be comfortable engaging with both the CEO (for strategy) and clients (for service) with equal professionalism.
- Willingness to Learn: You don't need to be an expert on Day 1, but you must be eager to master new tools and industries.
Benefits:
- Training: Access to professional training platforms (Coursera, EdX, QBO).
- Paid Time Off: Accrual of 1 hour of earned sick time for every 30 hours worked (per Michigan ESTA 2026).
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Employee discount
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Professional development assistance
