Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring smooth integration into office and factory operations.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Frequently travel to the factory to support on-ground HR activities, including attendance, grievance handling, and compliance checks.
- Support HR managers in various administrative tasks, employee welfare initiatives, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements specific to manufacturing setups.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies for HR-related functions.
- Handle internal correspondence and communication across departments and factory units.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, Admin or a relevant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
