Key Responsibilities

  • Extend support in the payroll processing of above 1000 employees, including full-time and contractual staff.
  • Update and verify employee information on HRMS, monthly attendance & leave management, advance and expense verifications on KEKA before payroll run.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate payroll inputs and approvals.
  • Generate and validate payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation statements via KEKA and share customised reports to the management as and when required within the stipulated time.
  • Maintain payroll-related documentation and support audits or inspections with accurate records.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR operations (preferably in an educational institution or service sector).
  • Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliance — EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas).
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
