Responsibilities1. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records.
  • Track leave applications and update leave balances.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance issues.

2. Payroll & Salary Preparation

  • Prepare monthly salary statements.
  • Ensure correct salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and LOP.
  • Keep payroll information confidential.

3. Statutory Compliance (PF & ESI)

  • Manage PF/ESI registrations, contributions, and monthly filings.
  • Assist employees with PF/ESI-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

4. HR Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes.

5. Employee Exit Management

  • Handle resignation and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Complete F&F coordination and close exit processes on time.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Support HR audits and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
