About the Role : Open Positions

• Junior Executive – 1+ years of experience

Qualifications : Full-time - Any Graduation

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily forklift operations across all warehouses and plants.
• Track and resolve operational issues such as accidents, material damage, and operator misconduct.
• Maintain records of daily forklift usage, breakdowns, and complaints.
• Coordinate preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for company-owned forklifts.
• Liaise with vendors for HOPT AMC services, spare parts, and repairs.
• Ensure operator discipline, adherence to safety standards, and equipment compliance.
• Conduct or coordinate training sessions for forklift operators on safe handling and operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance and utilization reports.
• Support the procurement department in technical evaluations and new forklift-related requirements.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance as per company and statutory norms.
