Description:
The Junior Executive – Procurement is responsible for supporting the procurement of auto spare parts and materials. This role includes the efficient management of the supply chain, ensuring the lowest cost for products/materials, tracking and recording orders, and managing supplier relationships to maintain a smooth supply process.

22 - 30 years

- Cost Optimization: Achieving the lowest cost of materials and auto spare parts without compromising quality.
- Order Accuracy: Ensuring all purchase orders are accurate, complete, and processed on time.
- Supplier Management: Managing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Supply Chain Efficiency: Ensuring timely delivery of products/materials and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining proper records for orders, receipts, and invoices in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Stream: Commerce, Business Management, or Engineering (preferred for the auto spare parts industry).
- Specialization: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Procure auto spare parts and materials according to business requirements.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time.
- Cost Analysis:
- Continuously evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and negotiate better rates.
- Order Tracking & Record Keeping:
- Track and record purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Maintain an organized system of purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices.
- Supply Base Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and timely delivery.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders with suppliers.
- Inventory Management Support:
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and company policies.
- Prepare and submit procurement reports to management when required.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Negotiation and communication skills to deal effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Analytical skills to evaluate supplier offers and make cost-effective decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of ERP and procurement software (preferred).
Work Experience (1-2 Years):
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the auto spare parts or manufacturing industry.
Age Range:
22 - 30 years
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
Relevant Experience (Number of Years):
- 1-2 years in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
Prerequisites Required:
- Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar software).
