We are looking for talented and ambitious Junior Façade Engineers to join our team and contribute to landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and development of façade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, louvers, skylights, and other envelope elements.

Assist in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis related to façade design and performance.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.

Participate in material selection, testing, and performance evaluation of façade systems.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks during fabrication and installation stages.

Stay updated on the latest façade technologies, sustainability practices, and industry codes/standards.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in façade design, building envelope, or structural glazing systems.

Knowledge of façade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, stone, and composites.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, or other BIM/3D tools is a strong advantage.

Understanding of structural mechanics, thermal performance, acoustics, and waterproofing in façade systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
