Senior Architect - Design

• nder direction of the Project Lead or a more senior project leader, develops, modifies, and reviews drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent. D
• uties may include the development and implementation of project design concepts, project modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports, and general production of design and construction documents. W
• orks on multiple projects, providing concepts and techniques in ways that may explore new ways of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets, and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements. P
• repares, manages, and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, as directed by others in the project team, following standards and archiving documents as appropriate. D
• evelops solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards. M
• ay assist in the development of project scope, plans, and services during the contract process. K
• nowledge of Data center Project delivery is required. P
• repares 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings and renderings. C
• ompiles data and performs fundamental design computations. I
• ncorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

nowledge & Skills: T

• echnical design knowledge / skills in UK construction methodology. H
• ave worked on Data Center projects with demonstrable experience. Have worked across industry sectors with demonstrable experience. E
• xperience of working as part of an architectural design team managing and delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages. H
ave an ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.

• ble to manage junior colleges and provide guidance and support where necessary. M
• anage design tasks and deliverables and report on progress against the design programme to the project lead. Report on the progress and risks associated with the programme. F
• ollow company values and exhibit appropriate behaviours. M
• anage time efficiently and assist / input into team meetings to review design programme. Q

ualifications: P

• revious experience in the construction / architectural industry. M
• ust be a qualified Architect. E
• xcellent working knowledge of UK building regulations and working to international standards. W
• orking capability and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. F
• luency in English (oral and written) required.
