Key Responsibilities – Junior Estimator (Female)

Engineering Background Preferred

Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for landscaping and exterior works.

Review drawings, site plans, and project specifications to extract accurate quantities.

Conduct material take-offs and coordinate with suppliers for updated material prices.

Support the senior estimator in preparing tender submissions, technical proposals, and cost breakdowns.

Visit project sites when required to gather measurements and understand site conditions.

Maintain and update estimation sheets, cost databases, and project files.

Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy of estimates.

Assist in preparing progress reports, comparison sheets, and variation claims.

Ensure all estimates are prepared within the required timelines and meet company standards.
