Junior Finance Executive

We are a dynamic and growing finance team looking to hire a detail-oriented and driven Junior Finance Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing customer refund requests accurately and promptly, ensuring all transactions align with company policies.
• Help reconcile bank statements and financial records related to refund transactions, ensuring that all deposits, withdrawals, and refunds are recorded accurately.
• Review and verify refund requests, bank statements, and related documents for consistency and compliance with internal controls.
• Accurately enter refund-related data into the financial system and assist with updating records in the reconciliation process.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding refund status, providing clear and professional communication.
• Maintain detailed records of refund transactions and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in refund transactions and bank records in collaboration with senior finance staff.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Service, Accounting, and Treasury, to resolve refund-related issues.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Fresh Graduate to Experience (1-3 years) in Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
