- Keep track of all financial documentation, such as invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and make sure that entries are made accurately and on time
- Address inquiries related to invoices, payments, and other accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing other accounting, statistical, and financial reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Process invoices and payments, maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve any payment or credit issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in managing finance
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
- UK Shift: Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm , Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard timings and can change as per requirement).
- We only follows UK calendar for holidays , no Pakistani Federal Holidays
