Job Title: Junior Finance Manager

The Junior Finance Manager will support the Senior Finance Manager in day-to-day financial and operational reporting. The role involves tracking receivables, coordinating inventory reporting, and supporting order-to-invoice processes across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and compile customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
• Match inventory reports with sales and warehouse records
• Coordinate and forward online orders to relevant internal teams
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records
• Prepare and compile monthly financial and operational reports
• Conduct and support physical inventory counts at the factory
• Track product returns and replacements and reconcile related records
  
  
  

Requirement: must be fluent in reading and writing English, must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
