II. Core Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Flutter Developer will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Implementing and managing application state using industry-standard patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Integrating mobile applications with external services and back-end systems via RESTful APIs.
• Writing comprehensive unit tests and widget tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Participating actively in the entire application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment to the respective app stores.
• Adhering to Git flow and participating in regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

III. Required Qualifications

A. Technical Skills

• 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in developing mobile applications using the Flutter SDK.
• Expertise in the Dart language.
• Strong practical understanding of state management approaches.
• Familiarity with consuming external data sources and API integration techniques (JSON, HTTP).
• Solid knowledge of mobile development best practices and UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

B. Educational & Professional

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Demonstrable portfolio of published or substantial personal Flutter projects is highly advantageous.
• Must be able to work full-time from the Kolkata office location.
