Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using a modern tech stack (React Native, Angular, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, microservices, and Azure). The Senior Fullstack Developer will focus on end-to-end solutions emphasizing system responsiveness, scalability, low latency, code quality, and security in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement responsive frontend applications using Angular for web and React Native for mobile, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.  Develop and maintain backend services using microservices architecture, focusing on modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance.  Integrate and manage databases, including MongoDB for flexible NoSQL data handling and PostgreSQL for structured relational data, optimizing queries for high performance.  Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on Azure cloud services, utilizing tools like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers, QA) to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features on time.  Optimize application performance through code reviews, profiling, caching strategies, and implementing best practices for load balancing and resource efficiency.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.  Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions to foster a culture of excellence.

Competencies:

Strong expertise in frontend technologies: Angular (for web applications) and React Native (for cross platform mobile apps), including state management, component-based design, and performance tuning.  Backend development with microservices patterns, using languages like Node.js, Java, or .NET (experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs is essential).  Database management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines) and PostgreSQL (advanced querying, indexing, partitioning for high-performance data access).  Cloud expertise: Proven experience with Azure services, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Bus, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.  Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID, design patterns, and agile methodologies.

Job Specification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development

4-5 years of experience in the relevant stack
