We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who has a foundational understanding of both frontend and backend development and is eager to learn, improve, and grow within our technical team.

Role Overview

The Junior Full Stack Developer will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications across PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and frontend technologies. This role is ideal for someone with basic experience who is ready to move into a professional environment and expand their technical skills.

ResponsibilitiesBackend Development

• Work with PHP and object-oriented programming at a beginner to intermediate level.
• Assist in development using Laravel or WordPress.
• Help create and maintain custom plugins, themes, and backend features in WordPress.
• Support API-related tasks, including basic REST API integrations.

Frontend Development

• Build and modify components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Perform basic DOM manipulation and event handling.
• Assist with responsive layouts and UI improvements.

Database Management

• Work with MySQL databases at a basic level.
• Write simple SQL queries and understand database tables and relationships.

General Technical Tasks

• Assist senior developers with debugging and troubleshooting.
• Support ongoing improvements, feature updates, and code maintenance.
• Help ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend components.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and senior developers.
• Understand business requirements and follow development guidelines.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly.

Person SpecificationEssential

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, Laravel, or WordPress.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Eagerness to learn full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to take guidance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to APIs (REST).
• Basic understanding of version control (Git) — optional, not required.
• Interest in building both frontend and backend skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
