Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a solid base in web development and a strong interest in AI enabled automation. You will work closely with senior developers on client and internal projects, helping to build features, integrate systems, fix bugs, and support automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support frontend and backend development across web applications and internal systems
• Build components, forms, dashboards, and admin features
• Assist with API integration, database operations, testing, and debugging
• Help maintain code quality and follow development standards
• Support deployment and technical updates under guidance from senior developers
• Assist in building automation flows and AI enabled process solutions
• Document work clearly and collaborate across teams
• Learn and grow through hands on project delivery

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in full stack or web development
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Working knowledge of React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Express, Python, PHP, or similar backend technologies
• Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with APIs and third party integrations
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflow
• Strong learning attitude and problem solving skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable working evening or night shift for international clients

AI Automation Requirement

• Basic understanding of AI powered tools and business automation workflows
• Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Interest in building automations for CRM updates, lead handling, notifications, reporting, or support workflows
• Understanding of how APIs connect different systems

Preferred

• Internship, freelance, or project based development experience
• Portfolio, GitHub, or live project links
• Exposure to cloud hosting or deployment tools
• Interest in AI integration and automation use cases
