Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visual content for digital and print platforms, support senior designers, and contribute fresh ideas to projects. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong design foundation who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Support senior designers in developing creative concepts and layouts.
• Work on branding materials such as logos, typography, and color palettes.
• Edit and retouch images for web and print use.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver engaging visuals.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout design.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and make improvements.

Preferred:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
• Internship or freelance experience in graphic design.
