About the Role:
Beyond Studios is seeking a Junior Designer to drive creative direction across branding, digital, and print projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design expertise, capable of leading projects from concept to execution while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute long-term branding projects, as well as fast-paced, time-sensitive design requests.

Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across various mediums.

Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.

Manage client relationships, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Ensure all design work aligns with Beyond Studios’ creative standards and client brand identities.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.

Mastery of the design process, from research and ideation to revision and final execution.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.

Strong understanding of design principles such as balance, contrast, hierarchy, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.

Experience leading design projects, collaborating with teams, and working directly with clients.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end languages to collaborate with developers.

Familiarity with no-code platforms and e-commerce tools like Webflow and Shopify.

Background in motion graphics, 3D design, or other emerging digital media is a plus.
