Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to assist our Lead Designer and Marketing Team in creating impactful visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creativity and the ability to adapt ideas into engaging visuals. This role is perfect for someone who wants to sharpen their skills, learn from senior designers, and grow in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Designer in developing creative assets for digital and print campaigns.
• Design visuals for social media, websites, digital ads, emailers, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive creatives.
• Work with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to create engaging solutions.
• Edit and create short-form video content for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic level).
• Help with website and newsletter updates (e.g., uploading creatives, embedding videos, hyperlinks).
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on design experience (agency background preferred).
• Strong design sense, creativity, and an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple content updates is a plus.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
