Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers and other departments to create visual concepts that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and elevate our brand identity. You will work on a variety of design projects, including digital and print media, and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your skills in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, websites, social media content, and more.
• Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior designers to refine designs and ensure high-quality production.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and layouts for internal and external presentations.
• Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and materials.
• Support the design team with various design tasks, including image editing, file preparation, and asset organization.
• Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for design projects.

Requirements:

• A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PREMIERE PRO, ANIMATE, CorelDraw, etc.).
• Basic understanding of web design principles, and design for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects (personal or professional).
• Ability to take direction and feedback and implement changes effectively.
• A passion for design and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with brand strategy and design systems.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
