Junior Graphic Designer

As a Part-Time Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key part of our creative team, producing visually compelling designs for various clients. This role involves creating a wide range of marketing materials, from social media graphics and digital ads to print collateral and website visuals. You will work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to translate client ideas into stunning visuals that align with their brand and campaign goals. This is a great opportunity to expand your portfolio and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Production and Management:

  • Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email headers, display ads, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare final files for various platforms, ensuring proper specifications for digital and print use.

Brand and Visual Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including logos, fonts, and images.
  • Assist in the creation of basic brand style guides for new clients.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work with account managers to understand client feedback and design revisions.
  • Present design concepts and explain creative decisions to the internal team.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative.


Core Competencies

  • Strong creative and conceptual skills  with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills  to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback  and adapt designs as needed.
  • Effective communication skills  for collaborating with both creative and non-creative team members.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • Experience with other design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Canva) is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects is essential.


Training and Support

The Part-Time Graphic Designer will receive the following training and resources to ensure success:

  • Access to our full suite of design software and project management tools.
  • Guidance on our internal processes for project intake, file management, and client feedback.
  • Mentorship and collaborative support from experienced designers and creative leads.
