Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging and brand-consistent graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing visual concepts and layouts for marketing and branding materials

• Design graphics for social media posts, websites, email campaigns, print ads, and presentations

• Collaborate with senior designers, content writers, and marketing teams to meet project goals

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables

• Receive and incorporate feedback to improve designs

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

• Prepare and optimize files for web and print production

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role (freshers welcome)

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of basic design principles including layout, typography, and color theory

• Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus

• Good time management and organizational skills

• A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
