Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Social Media Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing graphics for various social media platforms. This role involves creating posts, stories, and video content while supporting the team in maintaining brand consistency. The position also requires photography and videography skills to capture and support visual content creation when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually attractive graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others.
• Create static posts, stories, reels covers, and promotional materials following brand guidelines.
• Perform video editing for reels, stories, and short-form content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs.
• Stay updated with the latest social media design trends.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Assist in occasional photography or camera setup for content shoots when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic designing, preferably for social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Good eye for detail and creativity aligned with brand goals.
• Camera handling and photography/videography skills preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
