Junior Graphic Designers are responsible for translating brand identities into visually compelling assets across digital platforms. They must understand each client’s tone, audience, and visual direction — ensuring every post, story, and campaign aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.

Ensure all designs reflect the client’s brand identity (colors, fonts, tone, layout style).

Maintain consistency across social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.

Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Director, and Management to understand each brand’s personality.

Design static posts, stories, reels covers, highlights, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Prepare layouts for campaigns, sales, seasonal events, and product launches.

Adapt visuals into multiple formats (square, vertical, horizontal) based on platform requirements.

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, visuals, and brand storytelling.

Develop mood boards, templates, and mockups for internal and client approvals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content and strategy teams.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content writers to align visuals with copy and tone.

Support the Social Media and Ads teams with visuals optimized for campaigns.

Communicate proactively with team members to maintain smooth project flow and feedback cycles.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a must).

Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.

Knowledge of Arabic (language and typography) is a must.

Motion graphics and animation skills are required.

Strong sense of aesthetics and visual harmony.

Ability to adapt to different brand styles — from minimal and modern to playful and bold.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
Familiarity with social media design trends and platform best practices.

Experience in branding and logo creation for new projects.

Knowledge of packaging design and print preparation.

Ability to provide creative input on photography direction and visual mood.
