Junior Graphic Designer

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Full Time or Part Time

Furman Roth Advertising, a NYC advertising agency is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer. This is a hybrid position working Full Time or Part Time both in-office and remote, and could lead to full-time employment.

Great opportunity for recent college grad or individual with experience and strong graphic design and PowerPoint skills. Should have strong samples and 12 to 18 months’ internship or work experience with interest in working in an ad agency environment.

Work in all aspects of advertising, creative, and graphic design, including designing digital banner (static and animated), and paid social media ads, print ads, out of home, website design and more. Any video production or editing experience a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in graphic design (including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and other platforms) is required including strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides).

Work in an upbeat and productive environment with supportive staff and experience a great agency culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Creative design, and art direction assignments (including developing and editing digital banner ads, paid social media ads, print ads, and more).
• Developing and designing presentation decks using InDesign, PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Work on video production and/or editing (not necessary, but a definite plus if you have this skill)
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly organized and strong organization skills
• Online research and marketing projects
• Some creative writing ability including creative and content writing would be considered a plus for various creative and marketing assignments (but strictly optional)
