Junior Graphic Designer

Information Process Solutions (IPS) is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Graphics Designer to join our design and marketing team. If you are passionate about visual design, branding, and creating impactful digital content, we would love to meet you.

Location: IPS Campus, Opp. PEL Factory, Qainchi Stop, Blue Gate (Old Daraz Warehouse), Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and skills)

Major Job Responsibilities

Design Development

• Assist in creating graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, ads, brochures, etc.).
• Support senior designers in developing concepts, compositions, and creative ideas.
• Prepare export-ready, web-ready, and print-ready designs.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with content writers, marketing managers, and senior designers.
• Contribute basic-level ideation and visual direction based on requirements.
• Stay updated with social media design trends and platform specifications.

Quality & Production

• Help produce clean, high-quality visual assets for multiple platforms.
• Ensure formatting accuracy, proper resolutions, and organized design files.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Understanding of different file formats, resolutions, and design output standards.
• Canva knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to navigate social media platforms with a design perspective.

Creative Skills

• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into basic design ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
• Good time management and team collaboration abilities.
