Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on design experience and a strong passion for creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms.
GCC experience is not mandatory, but candidates currently available in Qatar and ready to join quickly will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, layouts, and visual content for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
• Support the senior design and marketing teams with fresh concepts and creative ideas.
• Adapt artwork based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design fundamentals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
