Utkarsh Global Foundation is a dedicated NGO working in the sectors of women empowerment, animal welfare, and environmental protection. We aim to create awareness, drive impact, and build a better society through meaningful initiatives.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can visually represent our causes and campaigns through impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, print materials, awareness campaigns, and events.
• Design posters, brochures, banners, infographics, newsletters, letter head, and digital creatives aligned with NGO themes (women empowerment, animal welfare & environment).
• Work closely with the Communication & Awareness team to understand campaign needs and convert them into compelling visuals.
• Edit photos and videos for reels, promos, campaign highlights, and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Handle multiple design requests and deliver within deadlines.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for awareness campaigns and community programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Graphic Designer (NGO experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools.
• Creativity with attention to detail and ability to communicate impactful social messages visually.
• Basic video editing skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
