Job Description – Graphic Designer (4–5 Years Experience)Position Details
Position Title: Graphic Designer
Nature of Business: Fashion & Retail (Footwear & Apparel)
Job Purpose
To develop high-quality visual content for digital and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, social media, website assets, and in-store communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design digital assets including social media posts, ads, campaign visuals, website banners, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Develop design concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales, and branding initiatives.
- Create layouts for digital and print materials ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage artwork production for retail stores (campaign signage, POS material, in-store branding).
- Coordinate with printing vendors for execution and quality control of printed artwork.
2. Content & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Specialist to understand creative requirements and deliver on time.
- Produce design variations for UK & PK markets across brands.
- Develop templates for newsletters and recurring marketing materials.
- Support creation of short video/GIF animations for digital channels.
3. Branding & Visual Consistency
- Maintain visual identity across all channels.
- Ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign requirements.
- Continuously update design styles based on industry trends.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to gather requirements.
- Assist in content preparation for product launches and new collections.
Requirements
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create clean and engaging visual content.
- Basic video/GIF editing knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Experience in both digital and print campaigns.
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume creative work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
