Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on, real-world
experience. This role is for someone who has worked on actual projects and can
demonstrate their skills through a strong, original portfolio. The designer will contribute to
day-to-day design tasks across digital and visual content.
Key Responsibilities
● Design marketing and digital creatives using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
● Create social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and basic branding assets
● Handle light video editing tasks when required such as short videos, reels, or simple
edits
● Support basic UI/UX design tasks including layouts, visual hierarchy, and
user-focused design thinking
● Follow design guidelines while also bringing creative input to projects
● Revise and refine designs based on feedback
Required Skills & Experience
● 1 to 1.5 years of practical professional experience in graphic design
● Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
● Basic knowledge of video editing tools and workflows
● Understanding of UI/UX design principles (Figma knowledge is a plus, not
mandatory)
● Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color, and
composition
● Ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visuals
Portfolio Requirement
● An original portfolio with self-created work is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
