Junior Graphic Designer

Introduction :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the delivery of high-quality visual assets across the company’s marketing and communication activities. This is a supporting role that works closely with the Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist, and Online Content Creator, contributing to day-to-day production tasks while developing core design and branding skills in a professional, engineering-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual assets for social media, website banners, and digital communications.
• Assist with updating and maintaining brochures, templates, and presentation materials.
• Prepare imagery, icons, mock-ups, and other visual elements for marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Support the Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist with production tasks, including Pre-Qualification (PQ), client presentations and other bid-related documents.
• Ensure design outputs follow established brand guidelines and templates.
• Maintain organised design files, image libraries, and asset repositories to support efficient collaboration.
• Provide design support to Business Development and Operations teams, including materials for events and client-facing activities as required.

Qualifications and Skill Set:

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop within a structured design system.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and supervision.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
