About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience working on real projects for digital, branding, and marketing needs.

You’ll work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to create visuals that support our clients and our own brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, websites, marketing materials, and presentations
• Assist in developing brand identities, posts, banners, flyers, and basic UI visuals
• Edit and improve existing designs based on feedback
• Prepare files for digital use and printing
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms
• Coordinate with content writers, marketers, and developers
• Manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
• Understanding of colors, typography, and layout principles
• A portfolio (academic or personal work is acceptable)
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and take creative direction
• Ability to work in an office environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of social media design trends
• Basic video or motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools
