The role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the delivery of high-quality design work across multiple clients and projects. This role is primarily a supporting position, working closely with other designers to adapt, develop, and finalise creative assets in line with agreed concepts and brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of outputs, including social media content, presentations, print and digital assets, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior designer to develop their skills, learn from experienced creatives, and grow within a collaborative and professional team.
Tasks/Responsibilities:

Support senior designers across Harvine’s active projects, assisting with the execution and finalisation of design work in line with agreed creative direction.

Adapt, develop, and finalise design assets provided to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high production standards.

Deliver social media graphics for clients when required, including creating, resizing, and adapting assets across platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.

Assist with the preparation of design files for digital and print outputs, ensuring all assets are correctly formatted and ready for delivery.

Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all work, supporting consistency across multiple clients and projects.

Respond efficiently to feedback and implement revisions in a timely manner.

Support with organisation and maintenance of design files and shared asset libraries.

Collaborate closely with the wider team to help meet project deadlines and workflow requirements.

Keep up to date with current design trends, particularly within digital and social media environment and exploring new technologies and emerging creative tools.
Skills:
-
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, or equivalent internship/freelance experience, supported by a portfolio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Good understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and both print and digital design.

Experience designing for social media, with an understanding of platform requirements, formats, and trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to design presentation templates and documents.

Must be able to work flexible hours when needed.

Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines accurately.

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Comfortable working on multiple tasks and supporting complex projects as part of a wider creative team.
Desirable but not essential:

Basic animation skills, including creating simple motion elements such as text transitions and animated graphics for social media or digital content (e.g. using After Effects).

Working knowledge of AI tools for creative production, including using AI to generate or enhance images and visual assets.

Exposure to UI/UX design principles or digital-first design workflows.

Experience working with multiple brands or clients in an agency or studio setting.

Arabic language skills are a plus.
