Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design Instagram and LinkedIn content, including static posts, carousels, reels, and basic motion graphics.

Create and update pitch decks (investor, sales, and internal presentations).

Design one-pagers, brochures, and other brand collateral.

Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and tone.

Make quick fixes and improvements to existing designs.

Work together with the content teams, founders, and marketing.

Organise and preserve design assets and files.

As needed, assist with additional graphic design tasks.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

0-2 years of graphic design experience.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma.

Basic understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.

Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn).

Ability to follow brand guidelines and incorporate feedback effectively.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with Canva.

Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects / animated posts).

Experience in startup or agency environments.

Awareness of marketing and social media trends.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
