Junior Graphic Designer

The job holder creates compelling visual, marketing, and branding materials to promote property listings and boost brand recognition. Key responsibilities include designing brochures, digital/social media ads, signage, and presentations, while editing property photos and maintaining brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and often motion graphics tools (After Effects) is essential, with a focus on high-quality, fast-paced execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, flyers, postcards,, and signage for property listings.
• Digital & Social Media: Create engaging visuals, GIFs, and videos for social media platforms and digital advertisements.
• Branding & Identity: Maintain and enhance company branding, including logos, typography, and color schemes across all platforms.
• Asset Management: Edit and retouch property photos to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to create pitch decks and presentation materials.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Motion Graphics: Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing is often required.
• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, with specific experience in real estate or property marketing highly preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.

Skills:

• Knowledge of designing for high-converting ads on Meta/Google.
• Experience with, or understanding of, the local real estate market (e.g., Dubai luxury market).
• Understanding of print production processes.
