Junior Graphic Designer

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is hiring for Junior Graphic Designer (Male) for our Head Office in Karachi.

Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Khi

Qualification & Experience:

1. At least have bachelors degree

2. Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Figma Adobe XD, and Canva.

3. 06 Months - 02 Years of Experience of Graphic Designing

4- At least 6 months experience in video editing.

Job Description:

1. Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.

2. Design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, events, and marketing campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design requirements.

4. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

5. Assist in creating video graphics, animations, and motion content when required.

6. Analyze visual content performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and suggest improvements.

7. Maintain and update the design assets library, templates, and brand guidelines.

8. Support in event branding, stall design, and other creative requirements.
