Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Portfolio showcasing basic design skills, with an understanding of branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation & Execution

• Assist in the creation of visual designs for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Prepare and revise designs based on feedback from senior designers and marketing team.
• Help develop creative assets for websites, social media, advertisements, and print media.
• Brand Support & Maintenance

• Contribute to the maintenance and development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all media.
• Assist in updating and refining existing visual assets as needed.
• Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with senior designers, the marketing team, and other departments to execute design projects.
• Ensure designs are completed in a timely manner and meet project deadlines.

• Administrative & Organizational Support

• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access by the team.
• Support in preparation of presentations for clients and internal meetings.
