Junior Graphic Designer

OVO Luxury Signature | Dubai, UAE | Full-time, On-site

We're a Dubai-based luxury fashion house managing 20+ brands across atelier production, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. We're looking for a junior graphic designer with a sharp eye, fast hands, and genuine curiosity about where design is heading, including AI image and Video Generation.

You'll work across the full creative output of multiple brands: social content, website graphics, brand guidelines, campaign visuals, and packaging. This is a learning role with real ownership, you'll be designing live, brand-facing work from week one, with senior creatives guiding you.

What you'll work on

• Social media content: Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, across multiple fashion brands
• Website graphics: Shopify banners, collection tiles, lookbook pages, product page assets, email headers
• Brand guidelines: Building and maintaining brand guidelines (logos, type, colour, tone, usage rules)
• Campaign & seasonal assets: lookbook layouts, editorial graphics, launch creatives, in-store collateral
• AI-generated imagery and video: using tools like Midjourney, Google Imagen, Runway, Sora, and Kling to create campaign concepts, mood boards, and supporting content
• Print & packaging support: hang tags, dust bags, tissue paper, shopping bags, business cards
• Email marketing graphics: Mailchimp headers, newsletter visuals, promotional banners
• Pitch decks & internal documents: keeping everything on-brand

What we need from you

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience: fashion, beauty, or luxury experience strongly preferred
• A strong portfolio showing range: social, web, print, and ideally brand identity work
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on AI experience: Midjourney, ChatGPT/Imagen, Runway, or similar. You should be able to write a strong prompt, iterate, and edit AI outputs into polished final assets
• Basic video editing: CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects for reels and short-form content
• An eye for luxury aesthetics: typography hierarchy, white space, restraint, attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
