Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on the Up work platform and strong practical skills in creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality packaging, flyers, brochures, and logos as per project requirements
• Work on client projects acquired through the Upwork platform and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with the team to understand design briefs and client expectations
• Make revisions based on client feedback and internal reviews
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience working on the Upwork platform
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, flyers, brochures, and logo design
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic understanding of print and digital design standards
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a design agency
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
