Position Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will create visual assets including graphic designs, photography, and video content. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and brand storytelling ability.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Visual Branding:

• Create social media graphics, brochures, banners, and promotional materials
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Assist with campaign creative concepts

Photography & Videography (Mandatory):

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing and internal use
• Conduct planned and on-site shoots
• Edit and process all photo/video content using Adobe tools

Marketing & Operational Support:

• Support content planning and preparation for all platforms
• Assist with scheduling and creative brainstorming

Requirements – Essential

• Videography and photography skills is a must
• Minimum 2+ years experience in design and media
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom
• Strong creative portfolio
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

Requirements – Preferred

• Experience in healthcare / service industries
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• Branding and campaign development experience
